Many churches are wrestling with space that has outlived its expiration date. Designed for a previous era, it becomes a constant distraction from the work of ministry. Alongside the issues with an outdated space arise the issues of a church whose visibility in the community has likewise expired. If your church rarely sees a guest show up for worship, you might consider moving out. If not permanently, then occasionally, for the sake of the mission of Christ.
